Lydia’s Mom got in touch with me as Lydia had struggled with long-term ADHD, anxiety, weight issues her entire life, sugar and carbohydrate cravings, and sleep issues. She had also been experiencing digestive issues for at least 5 years.

After she went away for her first year at college, she gained more weight and it was getting increasingly difficult for her to focus on homework and studies. Being a math major, she needed to focus on math problems for hours at times. Her Mom reported to me that she constantly craved processed carbohydrates, and no matter how many she ate, never felt full.

I talked Lydia and her Mom through strategies to try and report back to me how things were going.

Within a few days, I got this message:

“Lydia said she can tell this is working. She worked on one Math problem for 3 hours straight and never lost focus. She has never been able to do that before. 

She is doing really well so far. 

She lost 4 pounds in the first week and is encouraged to keep going with this lifestyle! She is only eating 6 hours out of the day and takes in about 50 grams of natural carbohydrates. She increased her protein and healthy fats. Focus and ADHD has already improved. She is reading your book and her body is getting used to this lifestyle.”
